Who Is Dr. Andy Galpin?
I’ve spent the last 20 years focused on the science and practice of enhancing Human Performance, in all its forms. Academically, I’m a scientist and tenured professor with a PhD in Human Bioenergetics and a MS in Human Movement Scientists. I spent 13 years running the Biochemistry & Molecular Exercise Physiology Lab and the Center for Sport Performance, and in 2024 took the position as Executive Director of the brand-new Human Performance Center at Parker University. Professionally, I coach some of the world’s highest performers: world champions, gold medalists, fortune 500 executives, government leaders, world record holders, hall of famers, rock stars, and so on. Helping people fulfill their true potential, whatever that looks like to them, is ultimately what I care most about.
I love everything from helping people get started with free or very low-cost resources to truly pushing the boundaries of performance science and human capacity.
